Fair But expensive for what it was. Badly needs new beds, at least the room we stayed in. My girlfriend cut her leg open pretty good on a bed spring that was poking out that someone had tried to hide by putting duct tape on. Glad it was a toddlers eye, and I hope they actually fixed it. I feel like they knew about it judging by the duct tape, so that pisses me off some. The staff we had was nice though, and the rooms were clean. Staff was.good, it was clean, safe and comfy for that side of town.
Adequate Hard bed n pillows. Poor water pressure in shower. Noisy next to hiway Size of the room. Value. Cleanliness
Needs massive renovations or a demolition. The lobby smelled like dog pee. The bed was so old it felt like laying in a cup with itchy sheets. The noises from the work trucks and trains outside woke us up multiple times throughout the night. The staff were very friendly.
Bad Dirty, rude, really bad internet, Bed was comfy
It was convenient to be close to the Tacoma dome. However the room smelled really bad Our room smelled like an ashtray. It smelled like someone smoked in the room for a month straight. The breakfast was okay. 5/10
Only stay there again if we needed too. Wasn’t the best Housekeeping was lacking. Rooms need a Deep clean badly. There is no vending machines. Only certain ice machines worked. Breakfast was okay Staff was nice. It was close to the casino we were going to a concert at.
the room was clean but above services are what makes a positive review, The lighting in room was horrible, could not even read in room, difficult to even put makeup on in bathroom, left a 4;45 wake up call which did not happen, had to be to hospital for surgery by 6:00, no clock in room, tissue container in bathroom was not even any in the bathroom best part was dining in the lounge, waitress, bartender, hostess was EXCELLANT, hope she is a KEEPER very personable, shows she enjoys her job
Poor more clean and comfortable. bed is horrible i was 7 days and the experience really bad. to dirty no clean.
