I would not stay there again The bathroom curtain were dirty ac was not working my son had to mess around with it and got it to work. There was not enough staff had to get the cook to bring us clean shower curtain and it smelled. Can’t think of anything

Want stay there again Noise next to hotel was a work place cutting and sawing all day which appears to be typical and also hidden fees at check-in an after… Location was good but that’s about it

bad experience I stayed one night in Room 704, and it was incredibly noisy, like sleeping at an airport! The hotel was extremely dirty—the room was dirty, and so were the carpets in the hallway! I bought some yogurt and put it in the fridge, but the fridge was broken, and all the yogurt froze! This hotel is terrible, I can't believe it has good reviews!

The whole building is full of unhappy/unfriendly employees. Will not return my next Tacoma trip. No secure double lock. Had to use foot to close the stuck open window. Air conditioner necessary to muffle constant freeway noise. The electric charging station for phones and other appliances does not work. Bedspread looked soiled. The ice machine was broken on my floor. Free parking. The lobby was nice and inviting.

Disappointing. Cheap motel vibes. Not worth the price IMO. Location was close to the highway, you may see homeless people near the exit throughout the day. Can’t park next to an exit door for easy unloading of your car because the exit doors cannot be opened from the outside, even with your card, due to safety concerns. Rooms feel old and awkwardly spacious. Pull out sofa bed is HORRIBLE. Water damage marks along base board. Caulking in the shower looks moldy. Very simple breakfast, lacks variety. My jsme si to tu neužili. Na jednu noc OK. Za celou dobu nám neuklidili pokoj. Bazén znečištěný a bohužel i zapáchal. Personál obvykle těžko k zastižení. Přišlo nám, že se hostům vyhýbá. Nabídka snídaně byla slabá. Těžko se něco vybralo. Pozitivně hodnotím jen wafle. Konec snídaně už 9:30. Pro nás zklamání. Pokoj pěkný. Parkování zdarma. Fitko fajn, ale bez činek. A nebyla zde ani voda.
