Never again bed bugs, dirty drawers it would have been a decent stay if the beds weren’t infested with bedbugs and I didn’t get bitten up
Bad The staff The staff was rude and unprofessional. Will never book with them again

Mediocre at best The property is in an industrial area, and I could hear diesel truck engines running through the night. Also, there was some noise from someone playing the drums that interferred with my sleep.
Disappointing The location. Someone had come through the parking and smashed a window of my car and stolen a few of my belongings. The staff and interior were clean, fantastic, and helpful.

Bad That they didn't explain on the website that I needed a card with a chip. Then some random guy pushes himself thru my room door. I left twice and came back the last time to all my belongings gone . And nobody knows anything . Nothing
