My stay was clouded over in disappointment with your ice cold pool. I will not be going back. I looked high and low for a nice hotel near my relatives that had a pool. We love to swim but the pool was ice-cold. There were only 4 little kids in the pool and they also said it was too cold. Many adults were sitting outside of the pool and we asked if they swam. I wouldn’t stay there again Too noisy, it was extremely close to the freeway and I could hear the cars all night The staff was very nice

Comfortable beds low expectations. One lamp would not turn on, which was difficult for me with my disability with vision. Cleanliness was unacceptable, there was feces left on the toilet seat from the previous people that stayed in that room. When we called to notify the staff, I do not feel like they Were in a rush because my son had to wait to use the bathroom until it was cleaned. Poor The place down in the lobby looks ok. But the rooms are old and nasty. The shower was so gross. For the price we paid ( on a concert night, so it was tripled) it was awful. The proximity to the Tacoma Dome
