poor very noise at night on high way side

Okay Very pricy for not even having a mini fridge, the beds were firm, the pool and hot tub where closed, it needed more side tables. How close it was to the Tacoma dome

Fair They said that if I got glitter anywhere in the room it was going to be a 200 cleaning fee. I was so shocked for them to say this to me. I wear glitter on my eyes for make up and I couldn't even do this cause they said I would get charged if any was found

Thank you for your review. I apologize that you thought we meant no glitter eyeshadow! When we have Rave/EDM/Color events at the Tacoma Dome we tend to have excess glitter, paint and dye in our rooms. As you were checking in for the night of a rave, we were informing all of our guests of these cleaning fees. I do hope you understand and will return to stay with us again. Thanks again for your review!
Exceptional How they charged a $75.00 amount to the card automatically for any service. Even though I didn't use it I was credited back on my card it didn't seem right to do that. Also I felt the Continental breakfast was a little cheap considering the expense we paid for the room.
