Not so good, not so bad. Room in front of the machinery of the hotel, lots of noise all day long. Smoke detector turns on whenever a hot shower happens.

Completely satisfied The staff at this facility is wonderful. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar and housekeeping. You can tell there must be good management because staff was not only friendly and sweet but they seemed happy. We were there for a concert nearby the Tacoma Dome and they were very accommodating. Opened bar early and stayed open late. It was a great experience.

Iron Maiden concert Only complaint was that there was a lot of traffic noise, but we were next to the freeway and construction at the Emerald Queen casino Hotel was very nicely renovated. Restaurant and bar on site. Hotel had elevators. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

Exceptional The property call me on the morning of our stay and said we didn't have a confirmation or a card number to hold the room. I clearly have emails from Booking.com saying all was in order. Would you care to explain youselves? Property was very nice. Large rooms. Pool area was very nice.
