Comfortable hotel surrounded by freeways. Convenient location from a transportation view, but not very nice immediate surroundings (freeways with jackhammers). No housekeeping service. Full garbage can in the hallway by the elevator for more than 18 hours. Well appointed property. Good wi-fi. OK breakfast (picked up in a sack in the lobby).

Pleasant Location is right next to homeless tent city and not in the best area. Floors were pretty dirty but it was a fully packed hotel and tons of people. Staff was super friendly and did a very good job with a fully booked hotel during people panicking due to extreme heat in the area. Dog friendly and gym open as well as pool.
