Good Staff Staff was not very professional, talking out loud about personal life and other employees. Police activity outside our bedroom door. Had a flea on me after I left lobby.

Exceptional All okay; looks like this older place is being perked up Though on a busy highway, the building is set back so there’s quiet; entry lobby reasonably attractive and everyone VERY welcoming & attentive.

Pleasant but wet. It appeared that our room had just been shampooed that day. The entire carpet was soaked which means my unwitting kids' socks and feet were soaked and the smell of the shampoo was very pungent. Also, the two beds were full size. This seems like an outdated offering - seeing as how you can get 2 queens at most every economy brand even. We're big folks. It was a little tight and uncomfortable. Pool was closed but the staff was excellent and definitely made up for it The workout equipment didn’t all work and the pool and hot tub were closed which is the while reason I picked this location to begin with. APRIL!!!!! She was so nice and accommodating. My 10yr old daughter and I were having a rough day (my truck broke down and was without a vehicle for three days while the repair bill spiked) April and the manager invited us to decorate the lobby Christmas tree with them. Was just what we needed to change the mood:)
