Hotel was fine.. night clerk was not. Was playing games with my check in and had zero customer service.
Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful and accommodating.
Staff was nice. Room was clean. Small trash cans though, also there was no light fixture in the main room other than that it was a good stay.
Property appeared nice on the outside and lobby photos were accurate however rooms were a little worn despite updates.
Hannah's customer service was above and beyond! The hotel was clean and room spacious.
Hotel lobby was neat and clean. Staff friendly. Our first room toilet did not flush. Moved to second floor room. Second floor was very hot and stuffy in hallway. Our room was very hot. Air was not on. It had bad smell. Took long time for room to cool off. Once it started cooling, it did not get very cool. Air conditioner was gross and dirty and needed to be cleaned. We were suppose to stay two nights but left early.
I enjoyed my experience, staff was friendly, facility was very clean. I would stay here again.
