It was a much needed rest and bright spot of a very difficult trip Clean and comfortable. Thought I was arriving for a hospital visit and before I arrived it became a funeral visit. After a 10 hour flight of being devastatingly alone without even 1 person reaching out yet surrounded by so many, I had lost faith in people. Great hotel! Will not disappoint! The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating! It's in a great central location with lots to do, close to train and White Plains. Very clean, updated, large pool! Look forward to staying again soon!
Exactly what we needed Other hotel guests were loud in the hallways. Staff was extremely helpful, we needed our room door opened twice and both times, staff was responsive and cheerful in assisting us.
People pleasers I like this place and stay often. There's nothing like people greeting you as if you were family. Room is clean, staff is superb!
The facility itself is good. The rooms just need to be more welcoming and bigger bathrooms. Room decor. It wasn't a warm feeling when we walked in. Bathroom was too small. The bathroom was nicely done although it was extremely small for a family. There wasn't enough bathroom tissue for a family for the length of time stayed( only 2 rolls). The carpet had stains on it.
