Very Good The cleaning service took one of my room key cards when they came through and cleaned Belgium waffles in the morning!!
Met our needs Mattresses on both beds visually sagged and felt old. Breakfast was included but didn't start until 7:00, which was after we needed to check out so we had to buy elsewhere. Bathroom at lobby had not been cleaned from previous day. Very dated overall. Decent value for the area and on short notice.
Hidden gem of Elmsford I didn't like the feather or down pillows, caused me to have an allergic reaction. The other con is that the shower water pressure is too low. I wish there was a bar/grill on the premises!! The front desk clerk was absolutely courteous and professional..The hotel is located next to a movie theater and KFC! Super convenient and quite. I forgot my pajamas and the clerk contacted me and held them until I returned to retrieve them.I also love that there's a pool, gym and laundry room.
Would stay again. Convenient location. No fridge in room. We have dietary restrictions where refrigeration would be helpful. There are many travelers like us who are on a budget. Food was ok. Staff were helpful and very pleasant.
Exceptional The key for open outside doesn't work good and the door inside the room always I having problem to open and closer and direction isn't pesific where I have to go and no laundry too that's all. The room was clean perfect.

Good There is a staff member named Kim who was very rude to me and cancelled my room on purpose because she was upset about me asking to speak with manager.

Good I called the day ahead to tell of early arrival . My daughter and son in law had to wait one hour before they were given a room! Not happy. Also staff at front desk confused and not very gracious. Location.
