Bom custo beneficio para os arredores de White-Plains O ultimo ponto que não nos agradou, foi o cheio de cigarros na entrada dos fundos, por onde fica mais fácil entrar para os quartos, por ser uma propriedade para não fumantes, os fumantes ficam muito próximos da entrada do hotel, deixando um cheiro muito ruim. Good enough They gave us a room closer to the rooms under renovations. We were woke up with drilling and other noise created by renovation. The quoted price is with out tax and under value currency conversation from US$ to Can$. You will be surprise in the end with actual conversion from Us dollar to Canadian dollar plus tax. Its way over the quoted price. It should be like other hotel, Quoted price should be all inclusive Location is nice, Staff are nice

Very Good The heater made so much noise alll night and there was construction going on until late right above my room. This was very distracting especially since I was there for an exam.

I’ve stayed here before...construction going on The shades in my room didn’t close completely. There was also a hole in the wall where the doorknob meets the wall once you open the door to come into the room. The bathtub plug didn’t close in order to enjoy a nice hot bath. Lastly, the desk wobbled a little. I hope the room I stayed in is next on the list for a little updating. The waffles were great. My room had a king bed and was really big and comfortable. The size of the room was also a plus. I din’t feel cluttered.

Inexpensive but smokey and not a great area. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke the first night. They moved us and the 2nd room was better. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent I requested additional pillows and was told they did not have any more. They also could not accommodate a late check out.

Good That the pool was closed. And no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Tatiana was the best she mad sure my stay was great love her...id only come back because of her she's the best.
