Good place to stay if going to Tarrytown. Front desk person was just ok, not overly friendly- there was no one at desk at 11:30 pm. Price was a little high Room clean, facility was very nice, good breakfast. Good location if going to Tarrytown Seemed safe place to stay.
absolutely wonderful! my only complaint is that the drain in the shower was not cleaned out. there was still hair and gunk in the drain and it was very gross looking very convenient location and friendly staff

Overall a nice spot. The parking lot had lots of extra vehicles (trucks) in one area. The entrance to the parking lot was a little confusing with no signage in advance of the parking lot. The one thing about the room that we did not like was the temperature control. We could not find the right balance between cold (blowing really cold air) and not having any air. The breakfast provided options.

Very Good The receptionist, Mrs. Bavley, was tactless and treated us badly and inappropriately, and this is a complaint to the hotel management about that. -Hotel services are excellent - The breakfast is varied and wonderful - The rooms are clean and comfortable - The manager's behavior, Mr. Michael, was excellent
The location worked well for me. Other than the comment above, the room was comfortable. The toilet was quite high and uncomfortable. I am 5 ft. 6 in. and my feet just reached the floor. Was this a hospital or handicapped item? The clerk/receptionist suggested I park in the back so I would only need to use one elevator instead of two. This was very helpful and much appreciated.
