Disappointing Hotel was supposed to be Non - Smoking but hallways & room had heavy residue of cigarettes. At 2:00 AM my wife used the toilet & the chain used to flush the toilet broke. We had to put our hands in the the water tank in order to flush the toilet. The front desk staff did discount our room rate, which we appreciated, but the room needs upgrading on all aspects.

Unpleasant stay Noisy guests talking loud and banging doors at 3am and 1 am in hallways both nights was a real pain as family didn't sleep well. Some hotels have plenty of signs to remind guests to be quiet from 10pm-8am. The 1st room we were allocated hadn't been cleaned from last guest. So I asked housekeeping, who were in our hallway, to come clean, they said they would in 20 mins but after two hours (while we left for lunch) the room was still uncleaned. Reception gave us anther room but that too smelt bad like animals..... read more
Disappointing I had to move my room three times one it was a smell the second one the shower didn't work the third one the toilet messed up
