Good Our room should have been ready by three o'clock checkin time. It should have been ready by four oclock. The waiting area should have been larger for the twenty or so other people waiting for a room. There should have been more than one person on desk to help and answer questions. It was annoying standing around with other annoyed people. Room was nice bed and pillows were comfortable.
