Very Poor We smelled marijuana in the hallway two nights in a row we were locked out of our room before our departure time we will charged a different price at the hotel and not the discounts we got at booking.com! My wife and I feel that we got cheated we feel that we should be compensated because we were not only misled on the price but subject to the smell of drugs at the hotel!! That was totally along with everything else unacceptable

Hi Jamie, we did not charge a different price from what Booking.com charge the only thing we did is take an additional $25.00 authorization on your card for incidentals and after you check out it went back to your card in 5 to 10 business days.
Bad customer service I didn’t like the response I received from the front desk when I complained about the creamers. She left the creamers where they were for guest and paid me no mind The creamer coffee mate was spoiled it was syrupy and hard to use because the textures wasn’t right. I informed the front desk and she told me that’s how it was suppose to look. Creamer like that makes people sick it may not have been expired but it was definitely stored incorrectly

Unfortunately the creamer was not spoil and that's the way it always is, as to what you say you always drink it like milk and I've never seen creamer thin like milk. Again I'm sorry you felt that way!

Disappointing for the amount of money I paid! When I arrived, there was no one at the check in counter. I waited over 5 minutes before someone showed up. For a Wednesday night, I can't imagine that you needed to put me next to a family with young children. They were very loud past when I wanted to sleep. The next morning, the Mrs. was skyping with somebody and was talking and laughing very loudly. Location was convenient. Easy to find. Room was clean.

Poor Manager setting at breakfast with her friend and her attitude is All wrong in dealing with people. Asked for quiet room... so our room had the view of all the machines on the opposite roof...constant hum. Needs some smarter staff Bed was fairly comfortable but pillows lumpy.

Insgesamt wer der Aufenthalt gut und man kann das Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Der Umweltschutzgedanke scheint in den USA noch nicht angekommen zu sein. Man hat jeden Morgen einen Müllberg mit Einweggeschirr produziert. Die Tische hätten öfter abgewischt werden können, immer bevor sich neue Gäste an die Frühstückstische gesetzt haben. Frühstücksangebot war je nach Anzahl der Gäste gut oder nicht ganz so gut, z.B. gekochte Frühstückseier waren noch da oder eben nicht.

Für einen nochmaligen Aufenthalt würden wir wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das Frühstück, halt ein typisches amerikanisches Motelfrühstück. Zimmer war ruhig, Betten bequem, Bad war renoviert und sauber. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof in Tarrytown, ca. 4 Meilen, so ist man per Zug in ca. 45 min am Central Station in Manhattan. In ca. 1 Meile befindet sich ein Applebees Restaurant.
