Worst experience ever. The guests on our floor were loud and obnoxious. I don’t know what was worse the loud drunken adu The loud guests The cleanliness and the polite staff

Fair The bathtub water took along time to go down. The toilet made alot of noise throughout the night The room next door had very loud children Someone in a nearby room was smoking marijuana that i smelled in my room There wasn’t a TV guide available in the room or on the TV it was very hard to find something to watch The pool was closed which was a main reason for booking this hotel. Disappointing
Will not stay at this location again Main reason I picked this hotel was the breakfast included.. I went down at 8am and the only thing they had was waffle batter. This is not a not a continental breakfast. Staff was minimum comunicative.

Fair Very, very rude staffs. We got there and nobody was in the reception. This lady came from a room, gives us a dirty look, no hi or good night, she asked about my info, credit card and stuff like that. Doesn’t offer any information. We had to ask her. Very unprofessional and bad mood. Hotel is in pristine condition Very beautiful and clean!!

Would have been decent with proper Covid behavior the Covid awareness was nil. No keyless check-in. One of the receptionists declined to wear a mask and was grumpy. She used the same pen from person to person. The staff in the hallways generally had their masks down. I wouldn't let them in my room. People smoking without masks outside the rear entry way. Room was clean and pleasantly furnished

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! First of all, they do not enforce patrons to wear a mask in public... ITS A LAW.. The worker is wearing slippers. The pool was absolutely disgusting!! The water was murky n had dirt in it. I HAD TO ASK FOR IT TO BE CEANED... WHICH TOOK ALL EVENING!! They said the pool n area were cleaned... THERE WAS A KNIFE STILL (after cleaning) under a chair, hair n hair bands n swim caps all around the pool area. They also painted over cracks in pool area. Disappointing The pool was closed and that was the reason for my trip and they didn't offer the breakfast that was shown when I looked at the place The room was good.
