what a great stay! friendly helpful staff room very clean
No Elevator! I traveled with two professional colleagues who are older women. The hotel had no elevator. Having to carrying bags and purchases to the 2nd floor rooms was very difficult and dangerous for our group. Had we known in advance there was no elevator we would not have booked this hotel. The location to Canton Trade days market and the interstate from Dallas were the greatest positives for this hotel.
needs staff help TV wouldn't work desk clerk acted like I was bothering him because I wanted it to ..... breakfast area small and was a mess, everything was out with no one working area
Very Good Had a great time minus the drunk teenagers running and drinking alcohol where we couldn't enjoy the pool or go to the ice maker and the building wasn't locked at night so security was lacking
