Marco was our server and was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. The food was a delight.
Amazing experience. We will be back for sure! Every course was spot on, and we were well taken care of with Vanessa and Paco at the bar. Just when we thought service couldn't get better, Andre took excellent care of us through every course of our meal. Definitely end with the Tiramisu, as he suggested. This is now one of our top favorite restaurants. Thank you!

La Stella is our favorite restaurant downtown. The atmosphere is great, lively but not too loud. The service is fantastic and Riccardo was fantastic to meet. And to top it off the food and wine selection were superior.
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes.. Each course was precisely prepared, service was excellent. A delightful and delicious dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant! Bon Appetite
Overall, it’s above average Italian and a pretty space. It is a very loud restaurant and our food was all adequate. The carpaccio was lovely. I missed having a salad with it, it came with just a few cherry tomatoes on top. Entrees were average as well. Papperdelle Raghu was very tasty. Nothing I couldn’t make myself but quite nice. The fish special was decidedly meh. Side mushrooms needed salt and acid. We didn’t dislike it, but there is nothing to bring us back. The food and ambience at La Stella were ideal tonight. The 3 of us ordered branzino with luscious lobster risotto, beef fillet and a pasta as main courses. All of us were very happy with our food and the friendly service. Whilst no performances in the Arts District tonight made for a naturally quiet evening in this restaurant, I hope to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere here on other evenings after shows nearby. Thanks to all at La Stella for a great quiet evening!
Lovely restaurant, sophisticated and yet very comfortable. The service is great! It is attentive, but not overly so. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable. The food is wonderful, all the pasta tasted like it is homemade…try the Genovese Della Mama. I will definitely be back!
