Very nice professional staff, the food was excellent but the veal was a little tough and the mushroom ravioli were soft, not enough mushrooms

We had a excellent meal at la strada ,The service was great and the food was excellent.We started with the Mussels some of the best I ever had plump and juicy. We then had the Mushroom raviolis in a cream sauce excellent.We then had the seafood pasta and a halibut dish over polenta .All and all a great experience . Good place for a special occasion .Will be back next time in town.
First time here for all of us. We all loved it. Jessica was an awsome server. Garlic bread was yummy. Great wine list. We had baked ziti, wide egg noodles bolanese, veal piccata, linguine and clams. Everyone raved about their meals. Hidden gem in downtown Reno. Mangia!
The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was great they actually seated us 30 minnutes before our reservation. We had the margerita pizza as an appetizer which was delicious, the signature mushroom ravioli that was wonderful, the risotto was good but we also had the carbonara which was not very good at all, it had way too much pancetta which made the entire dish taste like bacon this totally overwhelmed the entire dish and you tasted nothing but pancetta. The service and food was the best!
Being relatively new to Reno, we're still trying new restaurants, and La Strada was on our list. It was quite nice. We had Tony for a waiter, and he's been there 18 years and was a gem. Bus service, water, bread, etc. were all handled very well and often by his helpers. Food's great! My wife had the house ravioli and I had cannelloni, and both were unique and tasty.
