I seldom eat dinner here a the Eldorado casino but the La Strada is a hidden gem! Very tasty Italian food you won’t leave here hungry. Service here is well above average I’ll be back here soon.
Excellent food - especially the mushroom ravioli, which keep me and my parties coming back. Nice, friendly wait staff.

After a week roughing it in the Tahoe area, our meal here was a welcome return to comfort and luxury. The pasta dish in particular was superb, but we also loved the osso buco and halibut. Even the Caesar salad was much better than most we have had. Our server, who has worked at La Strada since it opened in this location, timed our dishes well and was otherwise wonderfully attentive.
We ordered Trust Me menu 46 pp. and $25 wine set. That was worth the money you paid.
Great service from Kimberly and Antonio! Food was delicious- the fish very fresh and not at all overcooked, like so many restaurants. Compressed watermelon salad was unique and very tasty.
La Strata is one of our go to local spots for dinner, either just together or with friends. They have 3 areas that can be made private for that business dinner, a boisterous friends dinner, or celebration. We enjoy all the dishes we have tried, the prosciutto wrapped prawn appetizer, and octopus are our favorites. They are famous for their mushroom ravioli and when you taste it you'll understand why.
Food was not quite like we remembered it from a few years ago..ravioli slightly undercooked, breadsticks not of good texture (either make them crunchy or soft but not in between)...salad was excellent but there was a $3 charge to split it onto 2 plates....wine list is definitely overpriced and with no ability to bring in your own bottle and pay a corkage fee you are forced to take what is offered...Service was great and the busser Peter was very attentive, maybe more so than our actual server...all in all what was a 5 star r... read more
