Had a wonderful meal over the weekend. We had a reservation for a party of 4 and was seated at our table promptly after arriving. The service was very attentive but not to point of being bothersome. The food came to our table hot and properly cooked.
Always a great time here. We introduced our friends to LaStrada and they were very pleased as well. Our server ,Emily just did an outstanding job through out the night!
We are somewhat of a regular because we always find the food and service above average and the price reasonable. This is a place where the appetizers are not shareable if you are at all slightly hungry as split portions are small. Mains are fine and very tasty. We had the Caesar salad which was ok and nothing special, the veal loin which was large and tasty and the veal saltimboca which was very tasty. La Strada is a very good Italian restaurant, my favorite in Reno. The Veal Parmigiano was excellent last night. The Fettucini Alfredo was very creamy but a little too salty for my taste this time. I have had it before and thought it was wonderful.
It was outstanding as usual!!!!!! The food the service the ambience, truly one of my top 5 restaurants in Reno!!
Maitre D Michael was delightful. Server Emily was excellent. The food was beautifully presented and had great taste.
