Short on sheets?? What? Everything was pretty good, a couple of issues though. 1st-why do hotels say they won't over daily housekeeping because of "covid", we all know covid has nothing to do with it...hotels are just trying to get by with less staffing because they are having trouble finding help. Covid isn't the issue...what health danger is there when an employee comes into an empty room to clean?? Dumb. Just be honest with us and tell us you're understaffed. Quarter Mile Walk to Front Desk!!?? The Lady Luck is connected to the Isle casino through a Labyrinth of skyways and escalators. Instead of having one clerk at each check-in desk, some genius manager chose to close Luck Lady desk, and have two clerks at the Isle. Unlucky Lady guests get to walk about a quarter mile, check in at the Isle, THEN WALK BACK to the hotel to their room. Either SHUT DOWN one hotel or keep BOTH check-in desks open.
