Manager BRAD The hotel experience was great. But the manager (BRAD) at the Lady Luck Casino was so rude and kicked us out because their machine wouldn’t give back our ID while trying to make a rewards card. After insisting we need our ID they insisted we were liars and would “review” the cameras. After waiting because we NEEDED our ID back & lady wouldn’t flash the machine therefor we tried to help by using the flash on our phone. Short on sheets?? What? Everything was pretty good, a couple of issues though. 1st-why do hotels say they won't over daily housekeeping because of "covid", we all know covid has nothing to do with it...hotels are just trying to get by with less staffing because they are having trouble finding help. Covid isn't the issue...what health danger is there when an employee comes into an empty room to clean?? Dumb. Just be honest with us and tell us you're understaffed.
