Today was the first time we’ve seen dr. Dejean and to say he’s great is an understatement. He was INCREDIBLE!
Very professional and patient with the kids.
Dr. Dejean and the whole staff here are amazing! They talked about every bit of the process with my 3 year old and allowed him to take breaks when he needed. He loved getting to watch Netflix during his procedure this morning. He left with a prize and was happy as a clam. I appreciate their hand in hand approach, literally, and their patience and understanding. Dr. Dejean is a rock star denstist!
Very quick service, staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were very considerate of my child’s comfort as well during the cleaning and teeth viewing.
I loved this clinic while run by Dr Keaty. I can no longer say the same as Dr. Gouri has taken over. she has decided she will no longer see my children who have always went there bc I will not let them have an elective surgery to cut their tongue ties. Mind you it is no way negativity impacts them. After my mom had the very same procedure done 2 weeks before they were scheduled they begged me not to do that to them. i love this pediatric dentistry because my oldest daughter was dealing with alot of problems with her theeth and at the time i was bring her to kool smiles and they the one's that Discovered the problems and they Schedule it to get it fix in new Iberia hospital i was so happy☺️ but before the day we had to go they gone call my cell and tell me that the appointment was canceled and im like to myself why🤔 so i called new Iberia hospital and ask what was going on like why yall Cancel my child Appointment and they gone tell ... read more
Rude people who answer phones False advertisement says sees babies toddlers and adolescents but when you get someone they say don't see over age of 5 doesn't inform Medicaid so they still refer patients if they that rude on the phone glad we don't have to go see them hate to see what they like in person
