I loved this clinic while run by Dr Keaty. I can no longer say the same as Dr. Gouri has taken over. she has decided she will no longer see my children who have always went there bc I will not let them have an elective surgery to cut their tongue ties. Mind you it is no way negativity impacts them. After my mom had the very same procedure done 2 weeks before they were scheduled they begged me not to do that to them. Rude people who answer phones False advertisement says sees babies toddlers and adolescents but when you get someone they say don't see over age of 5 doesn't inform Medicaid so they still refer patients if they that rude on the phone glad we don't have to go see them hate to see what they like in person

My grandchildren had appointments today to see the dentist and their office staff failed miserably. Frist they didn't send the paperwork to my daughter to fill out before hand then after she got there and sat waiting to be seen they asked how she was related, she told them she was their aunt and legal guardian. They refused to even see the children after she took them out of school and she took off work. Then they could not even get the names correct on the school excuse.
