My grandchildren had appointments today to see the dentist and their office staff failed miserably. Frist they didn't send the paperwork to my daughter to fill out before hand then after she got there and sat waiting to be seen they asked how she was related, she told them she was their aunt and legal guardian. They refused to even see the children after she took them out of school and she took off work. Then they could not even get the names correct on the school excuse.
