Party of 2 is an automatic 20 per cent plus a surcharge for paying with card my check was $100 for appetizer and one alcoholic drink…service was terrible!!! Won’t be back

Thank you for your feedback. The service charge goes to the wait staff and it’s listed on the bottom of the menu, as well as on the bottom of the check. The surcharge is your credit card company who charges you, as you saw on the check there’s a discounted price to pay cash. Thank you so much for giving us a try.
I’ve been a regular at this bar/restaurant for over 10 years, but tonight’s experience was beyond disappointing. While celebrating a special occasion, I put down a specific card to pay the bill, one that was tied to the celebration. Somehow, the staff lost the card. As a frequent customer, I tried to stay calm. I froze the card and told the staff to let me know once they found it, so I could unfreeze it and pay. The card had to be used for a specific reason.
