I’ve been a regular at this bar/restaurant for over 10 years, but tonight’s experience was beyond disappointing. While celebrating a special occasion, I put down a specific card to pay the bill, one that was tied to the celebration. Somehow, the staff lost the card. As a frequent customer, I tried to stay calm.
