Constant broken machines and outdated equipment. Carol the old manager is super rude which is outrageous when paying $200+ for a mediocre gym.
I joined with the silver sneakers program. This place is so nice, BUT the limited hours seniors can use the facility isn't good. We can't partake in pickelball or other activities that start after we have to leave UNLESS we opt to pay the high membership fee. Not Senior Silver Sneaker friendly and I'm an active senior.

Have been a member for years. Cost is very high but used to be worth it. Unfortunately poor maintenance/management means weights go missing, wobbly benches aren't replaced and yesterday Shelby seemed completely unconcerned and unwilling to assist when the raggedy squat bar pad failed by splitting and dropping the bar, injuring my neck. Will be canceling shortly

Nice facilities. Good tennis and pickleball courts and squash. Neat kids' camps and nice locker rooms. Service is good overall like those who are cleaning and they opened doors for me. However knocking off some stars because Jewel at the front desk was rude and curt and did not let me charge my phone which was dying even though I had a charger without a block.

My mother visited Laguna Creek Sport Club but was denied entry by a female staff member due to the type of membership she has. Unfortunately, the way this staff member communicated the gym hours was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As a result, my mom left the facility feeling upset, frustrated, and deeply uncomfortable. Staff is friendly but things do not get fixed. Both locker rooms have steam rooms that have been broken for a month and counting. Brought my family today and no hot water to shower. We are never offered compensation. We pay full price and get less than what we are paying for.

I thought this was a nice gym. I have belonged here off and on throughout the past several years. On the first of the year I decided to join again. They told me the dues would be $118 a month. But because I have health care that would pay part of the cost, my dues were to be $61 a month. When I joined I was also told I would have five days to change my mind on signing up for this club. Have been coming here off and on for years. Went in yesterday and 3 small kids were literally running and banging racquetball racquets on the glass of the workout area. As I was leaving the same three kids we're running in circles around the center of the gym. Coming around the corner at full speed and one of the kids shoes fly off his foot. Went in this morning with my husband to possibly get our family of 6 memberships. Upon entering the sports club is smells like wet dog. Then the two young girls working the check in counter stated the ONE person who is in charge of showing ppl around happens to be out today. Usually she there but "not today".
