Have been coming here off and on for years. Went in yesterday and 3 small kids were literally running and banging racquetball racquets on the glass of the workout area. As I was leaving the same three kids we're running in circles around the center of the gym. Coming around the corner at full speed and one of the kids shoes fly off his foot. Went in this morning with my husband to possibly get our family of 6 memberships. Upon entering the sports club is smells like wet dog. Then the two young girls working the check in counter stated the ONE person who is in charge of showing ppl around happens to be out today. Usually she there but "not today". We ask if one of them could show us around and they stated they where not allowed to. Actually your membership staff didn't explain the fees to me, as she didn't understand the membership herself, she was new and wasn't trained correctly, not her fault. In fact she signed me up for the wrong membership and explained the membership incorrectly. So now I'm stuck at a gym I can't use with my family. If I didn't have a contract I would have already have canceled. Also you rent out your facility to everyone, therefore there is limited space for actual members.

The club was a mess, lots of confusion by staff, nothing sanitized. Received extra charges on account and staff was rude when attempting to cancel. I do not recommend this club to anyone. There are cheaper clubs that sanitize and treat customers with more respect.
I have been a member for over three years, mai reason I joined for the volleyball program, which is so much fun, enjoyed playing vball with a wonderful group of people. Payed the dues during the pandemic, once gym reopened they are bringing vbal back only once a week. Tried to talk to management Kimberly is dismissive and couldn't care less. Back down to no stars We've been told the pool is at their spring and summer temps???? It shouldn't matter! Too cold to go in the water. Even with a wet suit it will make your muscles ache. The pool is great! I had issues with the temperature of the water in the back pool but it's been worked out. I just needed membership information; I understand there are many programs and so on, I managed and worked in gyms for years and years so I get it. However in saying that, I also know that if you don't give people what they want you never will get the sale and will blow any chance of having them come in, refer people or have anything nice to say about your facility. I am a long term member and I found even though the club has great aesthetics and a full array of amenities there is a high turn over in employees. I believe the general manager isnt doing a great job in assuring a great team of staff. There are only those rare few that have been there for quite some while. The manager seems abrupt and I havent had a good experience with her ability to care or handle matters. I dont know why shes been there that long. I give the gym a one for what I stated in the first sentence.

I was ready to give this gym a five-star rating...until I got injured during a training session with Shane. It was awful. The injury caused so much pain that I could not walk, sit, sleep or stand without wincing for multiple days. It also required that I spend valuable time and money at the physical therapist's and orthopaedist's office to treat the problem.
