Enjoy programming specifically Nancy’s activities & great AA meetings held in the facility nightly. Food makes me feel like home, the food staff is excellence bar none, specially Maritza, Raz & Kit.
Too much food
The staff and facility are off the charts
I would like more activities during the day outside of group to boost morale. Having group after group gets monotonous and is discouraging at times.
Majority of the staff are absolutely amazing, however I feel some staff do not care or don’t have empathy for the patients. Overall, I’m pleased with my treatment!
Very understanding and compassionate staff. From entry, to room and board, treatment and food staff. Only suggestions: have ice machines on residential floors and a much better understanding of cost prior to entry.
Wonderful place for treatment
It’s an excellent start to a new beginning. I have yet to meet a client I couldn’t get along with and I believe that’s because of the scrutiny put in to choosing there clients, not that they don’t give everyone they can an chance. I have just met a lot of quality people trying to help them selves and Laguna treatment center does everything they can to provide them with a chance at a new start.
