This is an incredible facility with a fantastic team of professionals. I would like to recognize Nurse Unique on the 2nd floor for being immensely compassionate and thorough throughout my detox experience. She is an asset to your organization and I will be referring many other suffering addicts to this facility as a result of my experience with Unique, Ashley, Manny and the wonderful counselors. Nancy is Fun’exciting; great positive attitude
The staff is friendly and supportive. I love the kitchen staff. Food is great, and rooms are generally comfortable. We could use more blankets, though. I’d love to see boxes of tissues in all the rooms we use for therapy and group work. I worry that people who are hard of hearing can’t always hear when we are in large rooms like the cafeteria. Microphones could help in this regard. Overall—it’s been a great experience.
Great detox facility. Food is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nancy, the activity coordinator, is friendly and supportive.
My experience with the staff here has been great. The level of care is exactly what I needed and I feel like this is a great stepping stone for my road to recovery.
