Needs better store choices like nuts and candy, needs slightly better food - no microwave pizzas etc., need an atm and ability to take debit and credit, coffee available more regularly until 3pm - it was always out but most of the staff are sweet and caring and the facility is well-maintained. Day trips would be nice. My case worker Heidi and my therapist Larry were super-cool.

I am very happy with all the staff here. They really take care of you at any time of the day no matter what. They will work with you through each problem. I felt very comfortable around everyone. The activities are very good and generally I would recommend this place to anybody who has addiction.
I found the facility to be very nice and the staff to be exceptionally professional and friendly. The classes offered also provided good information for continued sobriety. I highly recommend Laguna Treatment.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful
The staff here is amazing the fact they can handle so many patients with few little staff amazes me. Shelby F. Is by far one of the best nurses here she always goes out of her way to take care of you and is always able to remember all the patients and their progress. Overall great staff and accommodations to all your needs!
The employees of this treatment center are above all others… one especially is Jean. She goes above and beyond to help all patients and get to know them individually. I know it is going to be a good day when I see her come in for her shift. She has listened when I needed to vent, let me cry on her shoulder when I was overwhelmed and gave me support and caring. Jean has a way of making things better and happier while you are on your journey to recovery! I appreciate who she is and what she does.
Right now, clients are numerous and staff is overwhelmed with work. This is true, but the staff is compassionate, tolerant and accessible. They really try to accommodate clients in a way that gives them a fighting chance for long-term recovery.
