I was very pleased with the care I received at Laguna Treatment Hospital. From intake to discharge, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and empathy. The staff actively worked with my insurance, as well as, offered a positive and safe environment. I would definitely suggest this center to those looking to better their life through sobriety, starting with detox.
I had a sobering experience at Laguna. It feels good to be back in reality. The food is prepared for you and it is generally nutritious. I gained sobriety. I gained the knowledge of the importance of obtaining aftercare before discharging the facility. The case manager Heidi was very helpful in steering me in the right direction when it came to locating appropriate aftercare. I was able to see a provider consistently. I got up out of bed and started my day with going to group. I saw the provider daily, as advertised.
Great staff, great amenities, very comfortable treatment center. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that really wants to recover.
Great medical detox
I would definitely recommend this place if you need to detox. It is very cold so please bring warm clothing. The staff is amazing 5 stars. I am looking forward to recovery thanks to this place. I would definitely recommend. The medicine they give you definitely helps it will help and if you are still struggling just let them know and they will fix your medication. It's as easy as that. Whatever you need speak up and they will provide. Thank you Laguna treatment center I hope I don't see you again!
was super kind made the whole process way easier
Medical staff was great. Therapists were always available and attentive. Groups were interactive and productive most days. AA group in the evening was a good way to wrap up the day. Nutrition wise food could use an upgrade. House keeping did a good job keeping areas clean.
