I felt the staff was excellent and they were accommodating. I do think we could use more help with the medication line that tends to run long. For someone who needs their medications quickly and at a specific time, that was difficult. Otherwise, this was an awesome experience. Staff went out of their way to get to know the individual getting treated.
Adonis was a great guy and remembered my name since meeting him in the elevator on my first day and always greeted me like a friend. Made me feel comfortable
I felt this place was awesome and being able to have your phone changed a lot for me. The staff are friendly and being able to remain in contact with my support via cell phone helped my recovery.
I loved my experience here Laura the lead case manager has been amazing she has been so supportive and always had time for me. I felt more then a number and felt actually cared for.

Jean is amazing she made my time here worth staying. Honestly when I was feeling isolated from the group her and Ali made me feel at home and let me be vulnerable. I’m grateful for Jean love aka Chris ;)
I was initially scared checking into treatment , but it is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The website is slightly misleading as far as amenities go, but I came here to detox. I’m leaving feeling wonderful and back to my old self which feels amazing. The patients really care about each other and there is a great sense of fellowship and camaraderie amongst everyone trying to recover and heal.
Laguna Treatment Hospital exceeded my expectations. The best and most important part of treatment is medical supervision and safety. The medical staff here is excellent and the nurses are very helpful and really care about your detox and recovery . Some standouts are Montana, Shelby, Nina, Shannon, Tracy, April, Adonis, Sabrina, Wendy and Jeff amongst many more. If you are serious about your recovery and want to live a better healthy life then Laguna Treatment Hospital is your first step.
