My stay here is very efficient this time I was able to express myself previous rehabs I held it and held everything in I wanna thank the staff here and they’re amazing the nurses are amazing and very accommodating to your needs and what you need help with just want to thank them all and appreciate the time that you took to take care of all of us here during our toughest times thank you.
Overall a great experience, very helpful in terms of helping me get a clear mind again, and helpful in motivating me to actually want and pursue long term sobriety. Shout out to Nancy for always being a caring and helpful person.
This place was amazing, they saved my life.
The staff who brought me to this facility did not report the lack of intensive therapy that I was expecting to get at this facility. There could have been more consistency between the departments as well. I wish the medical team explained the medication to help me understand what I was taking, what it is for, and what are the side effects. Case management was not what I was expecting it to be. The staff are very caring and will go out of their way to help you through detox and residential. This is an upscale treatment center and the patients seem serious in comparison to other treatment centers I have been through. There seems to be a focus more on you as an individual, as opposed to treating the groups as a whole. The medical, clinical, and overall care of this facility was amazing.
The nursing staff was a reason to come alone! They are the best I've ever seen. Very professional, very helpful, clean, and good accommodations. Nurse Shannan was the best! Exceptional!
