Not sure what the review is about but, if it’s about my maintenance request about water backup issue with my bathtub, the maintenance technician did a good job. He wore a mask the entire time he worked in my apartment. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Thank you and I for the most part, I enjoy living here and look forward to renewing my lease for my 8th year..
Overall experience. Below average. I know I may be critical due to being in the construction industry myself. I expect things to be done right and EVERY time I have requested a service it appears to be done under par. This experience was no different. I was put off, forgotten about, I had to call to reschedule (due to a no show), asked for 3 drains to be cleaned out (only one was done - due to water flowing good enough in his opinion), needed a drawer to have it's brackets fixed (he replaced the brackets. I didn’t hear from anyone till Monday it was fixed quick
It was a very quick turnaround time from when I called to request maintenance until the came out! ! The maintenance staff was extremely pleasant/friendly and got the job done efficiently and effectively! Problems solved! Thank you!
