I love the apartment . There is alot of room. The only bad part is my neighbors smoke so much pot my livingroom stinks of it. We can not even walk up the steps with out the strong smell hitting us.
Maintenance was very friendly and fixed the stove top very fast and efficiently.
No issues so far, still moving in
Very slow or no response from maintenance to fix broken washer. 2 weeks now.
My sink was backing up AGAIN, this happens quite often it took me two hours to get through to the emergency maintenance then another hour for them to get there they left a huge mess and were extremely rude in the office when I called to report the warped cupboards. Liz is absolutely the rudest woman I’ve ever felt with in the customer service realm.
The crack in my bathroom ceiling is still not fixed.
