The Guy family loves coming to the office. The staff is always very friendly and do all they can to make the visit wonderful.
Amazing kid friendly staff
Dr Mike and ALL the staff are very kind and helpful. The office is very kid friendly and efficent, no long wait times. They make parents and kids very comfortable and explain everything going on.
I can't say enough about this practice. The staff and Dr. Mike are beyond amazing in the care and special attention they give my daughter. She is made to feel like a princess while she is getting her teeth cleaned, and most of all she feels very loved and safe. Dr. Mike is always has such encouraging words for the children as well as the parents. I am thanksful for this practice everyday!
We found all employees to be kind, considerate and friendly. We were very thankful for Suzanne's time, expertise and friendliness! My daughter, who is 13, is now really excited to have orthodontics. The staff made us feel special.
I have an 8 year old special needs child. They all are very patient, kind, and considerate of her needs. They allow the parents to stay with the children and are very patient in dealing with all kinds of situations.
I am very impressed with your entire practice. I receieve great service every time I am there. Dr. Mike is great with the kids! What impressed me the most was when Dr. Mike thanked us for coming to his office. This office knows what customer service is supposed to look like! I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.
The staff is personal and professional. Dr. Mike & his assistants are always amazing when it comes to remembering conversations they had previous visits with our children. They go out of their way to make our children feel comfortable at their dental visits. We would highly (and do) recommend this office and staff for both pediatric and orthodontic dentistry!
