All of the staff were friendly and put my child at ease from the moment we arrived. She has severe anxiety due to several bad experiences at another dental practice. However, she left smiling and happy!
Have been going here for over 12 years. The staff has always been above par, professional, courteous, friendly, warm, etc. My daughter since she was too has looked forward to seeing these guys at Lake Jeanette pediatric dentistry. They do an exceptional job.!
First ever visit: My 16 month old chipped his 2 front teeth in the bathtub before bedtime, called them the next morning and they got us in at 11am! Even though he screamed and cried at something new and different happening, everyone was so professional and so sweet! His teeth were fine thankfully and she filed the sharp points! New patient for sure!
It was my child’s first visit to the dentist and the entire staff was outstanding!
