Carolina is absolutely wonderful! My daughter has autism and has always hated the dentist. At Lake Jeanette, they have made her so comfortable and made many accommodations to see what would work for her. Carolina has seen her the last few years and now she will actually let them! So proud of my girl and so very thankful for Carolina and everyone at Lake Jeanette!
Our experience today as wonderful!! We have been going for a couple years and it’s always been wonderful but today was my son’s first time doing X-rays!! He was nervous but Courtney did a fantastic job with him!! She was so sweet and talked him through it all! He had Michelle do his cleaning and she was just the sweetest!! We appreciate everyone there including the front desk!!
I cannot recommend this place enough. They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. My daughter needed to be seen quickly due to a dental emergency and they fit her in immediately and took care of the problem. They put her and us at ease and we are so thankful for them.
My 12 yo daughter has had her braces for almost a year. Every time she has a concern, Lake Jennette, is always willing to accommodate us with a visit to check on her issues. They are prompt and attentive. The technicians always come out and give a report of her progress and any areas of improvement. Thank you for helping us in this transition!
Usually they’re very good. However, this morning, I informed them that we had some time constraints since my daughter had to get to school and I had to get to work. In fact, I Informed the front desk of our time constraints, and even canceled the fluoride part of the appointment because of the time constraints. Nevertheless, my daughter ended up sitting in the patient chair for about 20 minutes with no one talking to her. Evidently the doctor had to come over and review the work.
