My 4 year old daughter had a bit of a meltdown in the dentist chair today. I was so impressed with how supportive and caring the staff and Dr. Mike were to both she and I. They really cared about her and her experience and weren't dismissive of her tears. It also really made an impression on me how much attention the dental hygentist gave to discussing her cleaning options with me. They went out of their way to make sure we both had a positive experience.
Service is always GREAT!
They did a great job. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The treatment was very quick and good. The hygiensts are friendly with the kids and so is Dr.Mike.
Very friendly staff. The office is wonderfully decorated providing a welcoming and friendly environment. My 6yr old walked into the office and immediately removed her hand from my hand. She wasn't scared and I was happy!
We have taken our sons to Lake Jeannette Office since they opened and have always experienced positive, well-trained staff. They are able to do regular care including braces and are very flexible with scheduling compared to most. It's also easy to get in & out of their relaxing location.
Tech Naomi was excellent with my daughter, Josephine. This was Josephine first virsit to a dentist ever, and she loved every moment of it (she sang in the car all the way home and wanted to show everyone her teeth). Thanks!
Dr. Mike and his staff have always met the needs of my boys. They go out of their way to make the children and parents comfortable. They are greater than exceptional!
We continue to be extremely pleased with the service and atmosphere at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. I believe that my children have developed healthy attitudes regarding dental visits because of the caring and gentle staff there. I wish they had been around when I was a kid!
Love love love bringing my girls here! The fact that they love it more, is a testament to how wonderful it truly is.
