Check-in (admin) was friendly and quick. Receiving (dental asstnt/hygienist)timely. Dental work (cleaning) almost seems too quick?..but most people would like the prompt service. Dentist check and chat to both patient and parent also in good time and enjoyable. Assistand/Hygenist provided follow up instructions and recap of visit. Check-out efficient (even had school calendar dates for next appointment). No hiccups experienced on each visit and if you do have something to address....you are heard. I just want to say Dr. Mike and his whole staff are awesome! My daughter was always nervous going to the dentist but Dr Mike and his staff have changed that for her. It's such a great feeling to know that your child is so comfortable. I recommend Dr. Mike and his staff to everyone! Awesome place for kids.
Both of my sons love coming to see Dr. Mike!! It is by far the highlight of our week, maybe even month!! We love Laura - she is a caring individual who puts a smile on many childrens (and parents) faces! Thank you Lake Jeanette!!
dr.Mike and staff always provide the best care, keep our two boys entertained from when we first get there till we leave. get picture taken and then the toys, i like going there has they are professional and i'm not so stress trying to keep the boys in line.
