my son has special needs and was worried about his first appointment but all of the staff were extremely patient and accomodating. I could not have asked for a better experience and will recommend them to others. they are a very caring group.
I brought my 2 year old son in for his first appointment today. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our hygienist, Mandy, was amazing. She was very welcoming and took time to show all of the instruments to my son and let him touch them. He was so comfortable with her that he sat by himself in the chair and held my hand during the cleaning. After that we played in the toy room until it was time for the exam with Dr. Mike. Your staff and practice as a whole are wonderful! Everyone was so patient, kind and so very kid friendly. This was my children's first experience at the dentist and you made them feel comfortable and not afraid. Everything was explained to them before starting and they were even allowed to touch the instruments. Thank you for making coming to the dentist such a good experience!
The office staff is always cordial and helpful. I enjoy the automation of the office and the professional approach to all tasks.
