Great as always! Today was my 2 year old's 1st visit and they were very patient, explained everything, sang songs to her, and let her sit in my lap. My 5 year old usually sits in my lap for the cleaning and cries at some point (due to her shy personality) but her hygienist was amazing and actually got her to sit in the big chair today by herself! We love Lake Jeanette!
Dr. Mike and his staff work hard to give kids an enjoyable dentist appointment! Especially for the first visit, they go out of their way in providing exceptional care in making the visit fun, interactive, and like a "play experience" for kids!
They are always VERY friendly and really help kids to feel comfortable. They have room for the children to play, make them feel engaged and walk them through each part of what they are doing in case the children are nervous. They also laugh and joke with the kids. They listen to a parents concerns and questions as well. The best, hands down!! I recommend them to everyone and not only is Dr.Mike great, his staff is as well!
