I really enjoyed all of the people that I met today. They were very nice & tried very hard to comfort my son who was anxious about his visit. Emma was wonderful - so, so sweet! I made this appointment yesterday when someone called to say they had a cancellation & wanted to know if I would like to come in. I was hesitant to come in for such an early appointment (7:15am) but she said I was the first appointment of the day & would be out by 8:00. The twins had a wonderful experience during their first visit at Lake Jeanette. The whole area was kid friendly and the staff. I can't say enough about the staff. They all were wonderful, caring, patient and creative. The twins loved it! We have never been to any office and experience nothing like this. We all had a great experience. We absolutely love Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff!! While you are there, they make you feel like you are the only patient there. They are super with the kids and treat them like their own! After leaving, my child says, "I miss Dr. Mike." It is very satisfying to know that my child loves to go to the dentist and I know it is because of the atmosphere provided by Dr. Mike and his staff! Thank you Dr. Mike!!
Very satisfied with services, not only state of the art but very relaxed & friendly environment
We love Dr. Mike and all the staff! My boys aren't afraid to go to the dentist and it's all because of the caring, gentle staff there. We drive an hour one way to get there and will continue to do so for the care the kids receive! The staff take their time with them, explain things to them, even sing to them and make it a great experience! Dr. Mike is caring, taking his time with my boys and answers all questions/concerns. We love LJOPD!
