I always enjoy going to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry for a well check up or for a sick visit. My experience today was quick and pleasant. The staff there is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I enjoy bringing my daughter to see Dr. Mike. Everyone is always very friendly and they make my little girls visit as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Ignelzi definitely has bedside manners. He took time to chat with my 11 year old son about school, hobbies, etc...trying to get to know him. We felt like he was very personable and caring.
We have been coming here for 5 years & my oldest son has said since the age of 3 that he wants to be a dentist because he loves it here. The staff is always sooooo friendly & know exactly what to do to calm any anxieties that children may have. From pushing a button to make their chair go back to going to the prize closet, my children enjoy every bit if it. Dr. Mike and his staff are the BEST!!
We love Dr. Mike! He's calm and funny and easy to talk to.
From check-in to check-out, everything is great! My 15 year old loves going; Dr. Mike & his staff are great & engaging, they actually consider her questions & concerns, she's actually included in her dental plan, they talk to her not over her & I appreciate that.
My children love going to the dentist,and it is because of Dr.Mike and his Staff.Thank You all for everything you guys do.
Dr. Mike and his staff are incredible. We are always warmly greeted and treated like we are so special. My son loves to go visit Dr. Mike and has never been "afraid of going to the dentist." Such a great place!
