Dr. Ignelzi and his personnel really connect with patients and parents. I like the fact the Dr. Ignelzi listen carefully what the children are saying and approach them in a way and level that they can understand what it needs to be done. Also when he talks to parents, he is very diligent in explaining professionally but not with technicalities. The environment is always very friendly, welcoming us with a nice smile!
Love it there. The staff is wonderful and my daughter loves going there. The only thing she didn't like was not staying to play longer.

We moved 2 years ago and currently live about 1hr 15min away from the office. The customer service, professionalism and genuine care for your patients is superior. My daughter always feels comfortable and I love the way Dr. Mike and other staff always make the extra effort to take time for the children and patients. As my daughter said "this is the best dentist ever!" Excellent every step if the way, from when you walk into the kid friendly environment, the sophisticated technology, the welcoming faces and outstanding services. I think my kids will want to visit every week ;-)
