Absolutely wonderful visit from beginning to end! My family and I loved Dr. Andrews. She is an outstanding addition to the team at Lake Jeanette. As always, highly pleased with our entire experience and thankful to have such a great office for our children.

From the moment we checked in, my daughter and I were treated like the greatest patients on Earth. And, what was really evident (not mention refreshing) is that every patient and parent received the exact same treatment we did. The folks at check in knew my daughter's name before I even gave it to them. Most of the information they required was gathered during the initial phone call before we arrived. I feel like we are very informed about what is going on with our son's treatment.
This is only the second time my 3 year old has been to the dentist but the welcoming friendly atmosphere made him march right in for the appointment. They realize the importance of making the office kid friendly and have gone above and beyond in that area. From receptionist, hygentist, dentist to check out everyone was friendly and informative. Short of going to medical school myself, I couldn't ask for better care.
I can't find the words to express my gratitude to every one at Lake Jeanette Orthodontist. From the moment you walk in, you are treated so very special. A heartfelt thanks to all the lovely ladies at the front desk with your welcoming smiles, the beautiful dental assistants. The entire staff is awesome! I'd like to send a very special thanks to Jackie, and as always Monali, you are incredible! What can I say about Dr Mike?....well, my family and I think you're awesome!!
My daughters love going to the dentist and look forward to it for days prior to their appointment. All of the staff is pleasant and helpful. We love our hygienist (Laura I think) and Dr. Mike is awesome. I recommend this practice to any of my friends when they are looking for a pediatric dentist.
