Your lobby renovations are exceptional! My children always want to come early to their appointments so they can play in the lobby and visit with the staff. It's like a field trip for them! As always, your service is extraordinary. Dr. Mike and his staff are an amazing group of fun and caring individuals. From the second my family walks in their office we feel welcomed and appreciated. I have three boys and I love how they can accommodate all three at the same time. There are numerous play rooms, which lets face it- totally rocks, and lots of space. The staff has taken the time to learn about each one of my boys, and makes what can be a nervous and scary situation for kids, a fun and educational one.
Monali was amazing with my daughter (19 months). This was her 1st visit to a dentist and she did a great job showing her the tools, letting her touch them and making her feel very comfortable with the whole visit.
My daughter really enjoyed her initial appointment with your practice. She found Dr. Mike and her hygienist to be welcoming and informative. I really was impressed with the front office staff. They were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made the "paperwork" as easy as it can be - doing it electronically saved a lot of time and energy (and paper!). Thanks.
Staff was wonderful and everyone works hard to make sure that all the kids are comfortable and that going to the dentist is a positive experience.
Dr. Mike & His Staff Members are Awesome....!!!!
The staff is always very friendly and make our 3 year old son feel very comfortable. The hygienist took time to talk with our son and make him feel special. He talked all the way home about his visit with Dr. Mike. Appointments have always been on time with very little wait to see Dr. Mike after the cleaning.
As every time before, it is so great to visit this dentist office. Our girls, 2 and 4, were excited about it beforehand and most important they will be also next time we come. Every visit leaves such positive memory in their little minds! Thanks for the Great Staff and Dr. Mike!!!
