I started bringing my puppy here to get all his shots. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. The prices are great as well

I would definitely recommend this clinic. We had to have our 17 year old cat put to sleep and from the very start they were nothing but kind and compassionate. The vet explained everything and let us have as much time as needed to be with him afterwards. They even sent a card in the mail with his paw print on it for us to keep which is so very thoughtful. I will definitely go back! Hopefully for a different reason next time.

Wonderful staff. I moved here a year ago with a dog who was already showing signs of illness (14.5 years old). In the two months after I moved, he got progressively worse. The staff here was very caring. My only caveat was the wait time in the lobby, even with an appointment; it is a clinic, but they seemed understaffed. However they were very caring when I had to put my dog to sleep.

I had to have my 17 year old cat put down and originally had an appointment with another low cost clinic that I really didn't care for. The entire staff including the vet were very abrupt and not compassionate the last time I used them.... then a friend recommended Value Pet. Last week was a hard week for our family. We had to put our 14 year old fur baby down. This clinic is the BEST in the world. They took care of not only us but my 14 year old got the best care money could buy. We are picking up his ashes today and they informed me that they got a dog print of him for us. This was so unexpected and totally appreciated!. I would never had throught to do that. They are very professional and really care about your animals. I have used this clinic for over 5 years and never had a bad experience. People need to remember that as a walk in clinic sometimes you may have some waiting but I'm sure that it is one of the reasons they can keep their prices down. Twice now I've come here to send a beloved pet over the rainbow bridge and the staff is so supportive and compassionate. Friendly staff and quick nail trim service. Brought one of our dogs in for eye issues and the diagnosis was quick and accurate, an easy fix. Our other dog lived a long happy life at 15 years old and we brought him here when it was time to let him go. They treated us with compassion and respect and ensured a comfortable passing for our old boy. A few days later we received a card in the mail signed by the staff with his paw print inside. I very much appreciated the extra time they spent to do that.

I brought my English bulldog here for ex ray after terrible service in their Tacoma office (you can read my review on Tacoma one)... this office was clean, fast, and very helpful. I will be bringing my dogs puppy here once he is big enough also :)

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and they take good care of your pets. Would be nice if they would share their wi-fi password with loyal customers for the long waits.
