This clinic has amazing drs with great skills! I've had 2pets treated here multiple times and have had a positive outcome except my last visit my poor kitty had multiple blood tests done and had no firm diagnosis. Soon after he had to be put down. But all previous treatments were amazing! The staff is more then supportive Dr Susan miller if she still works here is a great Dr! I have been bringing my dog, Roxy here for about 3 years. The staff is unbelievable and ALWAYS friendly. I always feel welcomed and leave with a smile. I love the compassion that they show towards all the fur babies. Thank you for all that you do!

So glad to find this clinic for my pooch! After adopting my rescue doggy, I was worried about mounting costs of healthcare for him. I was pleasantly surprised to find Value Pet Clinic costs reasonable when I took him in for his vaccines. My dog Abbey is a patron of Value Pet Clinic in Kent. I have never had any problems with the staff or the onsite Veterinarian's at any time. I have taken Abbey in for teeth cleanings, shots, surgeries, her ears flushed, etc. Not at anytime did I feel they were negligent. Just wrote a review for south seattle vet hospital that had the most horrible customer service I've seen in my life. Value pet is my regular vet and going to SSVH just once (it was open on a late Sunday) made me realize how wonderful value pet clinic is! The wait times suck even if you get there right when it opens. It always takes an hour to get everything done and be out of there. Satisfied customer since 2007. Great prices, kind and knowlegable staff, all professional services are done with a Vet who treats your dog/cat with compassionate and friendly patience. Call first if you need to know the wait time, no appointments, but the office staff is sensitive to all situations.

I have had good and bad times here, but the staff is why I came back with my male cat. I cannot say what happened with my female cat, taken for private cremation, but she got "lost" somehow. Now, this where they got me back as a client - they had sent me a condolence card, with my cat's paw prints, and even refunded the entire visit (she was 18 and needed compassionate euthanization). Took my cat here 04.06.13, the staff was extremely kind and understanding. I ended up having to put him to sleep, and they entire staff went above and beyond to be kind and respectful. Their charges are EXTREMELY reasonable and they don't do anything without giving you a price beforehand. I highly recommend them.
